There’s a secret floor in the new update. You need 2 lockpicks and 1 skeleton key. Somewhere after door 50 will be a broken down room. The room after that will be a dungeon room with a gate (lever puzzle) once you pull the lever go back to the broken down room and go behind a closet and bookshelf, there’ll be a tiny maze. After that, open the door with the lockpicks and skeleton key. Good luck from there, there are 3 new entities beyond that point. (New area is based off the game rooms) there’s also 1000 doors in it with 2 badges. You can exit early at 200 getting a badge and flashlight or if you go to 1000 you can get a badge and night vision/x-ray gear, both give a different badge. Make sure you click “continue run” after entering the secret door

24:42 If you didn't know, the reason he doesn't just kill you in the cutscene is because he hears a lamp fall which distracts him. (You can see it on the ground) Guiding light particles were added as a way to signify that it was guiding light who pushed the lamp over.

I’ve beaten this update / hotel update 3 times. Now I have a total of 55 wins. Overall this update was worth the wait. It’s one of the best updates in a Roblox game that I have ever seen. The game feels fresh now and fun.

Fact - There is a 0.12% chance you can get a dupe at door 50. You can get a dupe up to 12 doors. You can use the skeleton key as a lockpick(if you want to waste your skeleton key)

the reason theres an infirmary in the hotel is that, given the architectural style of the hotel, this place was probably open around the time world war 2 was happening. many hotels during this time had rooms converted into infirmaries for wounded soldiers

fun fact: After the door 50 cutscene, the guiding light you saw actually meant that guiding light pushed over a object to distract Figure for us

I love the new doors update because before, rooms used to be easy as door 100 was seriously easy since all you had to do was run past the figure, get the key, open the door and do the puzzle but now it’s a lot harder getting the switches, getting the key or using lockpicks and doing the puzzle and escaping the deadly hotel.

Fun Fact: The reason there is an infirmary in the hotel is because in WWII (Or WWI, I forget) a lot of army members used hotels. They added an infirmary in many hotels to heal the wounded.

I love this new update. It has new fun mechanics, new monsters and quality of life updates (i sure love those new animations for seek and figure)
Edit : some people were mad that the update got delayed by one month but i find it great that they released it 1 day early.
And they should take as much time as they want as long as the update is finished
