The steak was prepared on a Binchotan fired grill, and had a very deep flavor due to the aging process! The steak was prepared by Hiroyuki Takeshita San at his second and newly opened restaurant in Osaka, Japan.

The fascinating new restaurant Kitan Yakiniku @kitan_yakiniku offers a delicious Omakase course. It’s a steak lovers dream, since you can enjoy a large variety of origins and cuts, as well as watching the preparation all in front of you.
