Bill Goldberg's legendary run was really with WCW but Goldberg made his mark in WWE as well. Goldberg lifted 'The Giant' (WCW) aka 'The Big Show' (WWE) vertically and jackhammed him back in WCW and at the time the giant weighed 550LB!!! That's more than half a ton and Goldberg didn't strain. Goldberg also bench pressed Scott Steiner which led some persons asking how does someone bench press somebody like Scott Steiner...Goldberg was said to be a freak of nature. Goldberg jackhammered Mark Henry more than once as well which is no easy feat. Goldberg reminds me of Kratos from God of War in terms of strength and even looks and I think would have fit the character if a big screen movie was made for God of War. I could understand Mark saying Brock and John being among the strongest as he didn't spend as long a time in the ring with Goldberg. Goldberg's stint in the WWE was very short compared to Brock and Cena but as I have always said, Goldberg to me is the absolute strongest with Brock and Cena right up there as well so even though Goldberg is my personal pick, I wouldn't frown at someone giving it to Brock or Cena as well.
