Are Cheap Arrows From Amazon Any Good?

Are arrows from Amazon any good? Lots of cheap arrow companies out there. I thought I’d try out this Sharrow brand for some 600 spine arrows for my St. Patrick Lake ASL longbow. I’m not wowed by them but the jury is still out.

I shot the Linkboy arrows Since I started archery 5 years ago, they're ok, good looking, good straightness, but the spine of em is off . I finally decided to let my friend spine test them and my 400s were actually between .450 and .375 . I would always have a couple that would randomly fly either way too stiff or way too weak. I have recently found some high quality American brand arrows for dirt cheap, .003 straightness and spine matched. The only difference between this companies expensive flagship arrows and the cheap ones are the looks. The expensive ones have better looking coating and decoration. Both arrows have the exact same gpi, straightness, and spine match. and the group great, my groups instantly got better.

I eliminated the majority of my tuning issues once I put my ASL in a tube to ship to someone else 🤣

There is an Amazon wood grain carbon 600 that is 33 carbon to carbon. I don't know the brand. I shoot 700 axis out of lots of bows but, mostly 600's. I generally shoot some heavier draw weights but, shorter arrows.

Emrah try out a 600 spine .204 arrow. I’ve personally found that .246 out of my hill style bows are always way too stiff unless I put an absurd amount of weight up front. .204’s with 250-300gr up front shoot bullets out of my hill bows that aren’t cut to center.

Of course my bow is 55 lbs so it’s not that comparible. Mine has the g10 so it’s cut to center. I haven’t had the chance to shoot properly at a target to see the grouping. But I’ve tried a few arrows stumping while walking the dog that I use for my other 55 lb bow and they fly decent. Thinking when the weather is better I’ll tune up a dozen of 400s.
