Present-day processes simply can’t explain the origin of the huge coal seams we see all around the globe. So what CAN explain coal? How did vast amounts of vegetation get deposited and coalified, with evidence pointing to RAPID, CATASTROPHIC, WATERY deposition of this biomaterial?

The evidence points strongly to a flood of ‘biblical proportions’!

This is what happens when you start with the answer and cherry pick your way back

When 30 mins of study of research by ppl who spent a combined time of hundred or more years is too hard, one relies on stories told by ppl who didn’t know and took guesses.

The age of coal deposits can vary significantly. Most coal that is mined today was formed during the Carboniferous period, about 300 to 360 million years ago. However, there are coal deposits from other geological periods as well, ranging from 50 million to over 300 million years old.

You can’t talk to them, they believe in invisible beings who are everywhere

Remember that people who follow religions do not need proof, logic or common sense as they believe based on faith. Arguing with them is pointless as they are disconnected from reason and science.

Except many of the richest oil and gas deposits are under the ocean. How did the flood affect that. Also the flood would have to have laid down the whole of the UK. This idiocy is astonishing.

The conditions that would eventually create coal began to develop about 300 million years ago, during the Carboniferous period. During this time, Earth was covered in wide, shallow seas and dense forests. The seas occasionally flooded the forested areas, trapping plants and algae at the bottom of a swampy wetland. Over time, the plants (mostly mosses) and algae were buried and compressed under the weight of overlying mud and vegetation. ( National Geographic Society )

This is what it looks like when you try too hard to twist scientific knowledge into supporting your supernatural fairy tale.

How does the flood explain where all the new topsoil and new plant life came from since it was all washed away? The result would be a dead planet devoid of all life!

Study compost heaps, really big ones buried under a ton of dirt. You can make coal.

So, the flood was right around 300 million years ago, that is about the time coal was formed. Humanity is roughly 200, 000 years ago, so, I’m not real great at the maths, but something is not adding up.

Not enough time to form coal I call bullshit

Either Noah's flood took place _millions_ of years ago, or this guy has no idea how long coal, let alone gas and oil, takes to form.
