Deleting Google Ads

I'm sick of Download Now, Start, etc. Giant buttons on EVERY website that uses google ads.

We are bombarded with ads on every medium, 24/7, and I, for one, am sick of commercials.

I have no experience withAdSense myself, but why doesn't the control panel let you block per company instead of only per ad? That's 💤 by Google.

Good on you! I hate all this stuff, not that I see it much because of ad blockers. But the people who do get to see it all are going to be on average the more vulnerable internet users who really need more protection from all this scammy stuff. So good to hear that you've been clearing that down. It's so disappointing that google behaves in this way, so you're left with the choice of doing that or switching the ads off altogether (or letting the scammers exploit your site).

Wavebrowser redirects every search to malicious websites. Used to work for Geek Squad in-home PC services and we saw it all the time.

On a platform where 95% of content creators will take whatever garbage sponsors money and morph their content into advertisements. Its actually really cool that you one tried to filter the ads when you shouldn't have to and even drew a line. I wish more content creators would take this approach vs the LTT "how many more ads can we cram into our videos" approach

There's plenty of rhyme and reasons; it's called, money. Google doesn't give a rip what the ad is as long as they're getting paid. Same with any of the social media platforms.
