This is soft Fluffy Melt in your mouth donuts recipe by Yours truly Adeel Chaudhry. I have created this recipe in my Junoon Restaurant which is in Lahore. And we make these donuts regularly in our buffets.

Best slow cooked mutton in Pakistan

Stuffed Donut Recipe
12-15 donuts
Ingredients
300 grams or 4 cups flour
1 tbsp dry yeast (6-7 g of instant yeast)
4 tbsp granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 cup water
3 eggs yolk
86 g butter (Room temperature)
For the Top:
3 tbsp granulated sugar
For the filling:
Custard cream, Nutella, Toffee with butter, Hazelnut Chocolate Cream or any other filling of preference
In a bowl, whisk together the warm water, flour ,yeast, a pinch
of salt , sugar, eggs, vanilla (optional), butter.
Mix them until combined for about 3-4 minutes.
Then, cover it with a clean kitchen cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest at
room temperature for 10 minutes to 15 mins until doubled in size.
Bring a tray and sprinkle flour on the top. Make Small dough balls and place them on the tray. Use plastic wrap or cloth and cover the balls and let them rest for 40 mins untill doubled in size.
Heat the oil to 350F( low medium heat). Fry both sides until golden brown.
Remove donuts from oil.
Using a pastry bag fill the Custard cream, Nutella, Toffee with butter, Hazelnut Chocolate Cream or any other filling of preference.
