I am going to reveal a big revelation here and question many asked and as we are approaching toward new elections in near future this is a great key to a secret. Our why is our origin story and it is important not to forget where we came from. I watched many interviews of Melania’s Trump not trying to be political here but simply describing human behavior and in all of her interviews it was based on one theme that she is being hated by public even by the majority of immigrants. I started asking the Why question. First she comes from a tiny country of Slovenia, humble background, seen the war and many commonalities with us foreigners and yet being hated to that extreme but why? On outward she appears sweet, quiet and someone who speaks and struggles with English language. Which many can relate to. Than we look it Michelle Obama who comes from a high educated background, being a lawyer yet people love her. And underneath the underlying factor is humility. She was able to connect with everyday people where Melania’s lacked that skill. She perhaps forgot her why and where she came from and people dissociated instead of making connections and relating. Knowing and keeping your Why is very important. Don’t forget nor deny your past.

Literally, just finished reading "Start with Why". My employer is having a business update on Tuesday. I'm curious to see, since our CEO retired and has been replaced, if our new CEO has the right "Why" to align with my personal "Why". Things have been feeling different, despite the efforts to encourage a positive culture. Time will tell.

i think you fight hard battles within yourself Mr Simon any one who is their own harshest judge accepts that .
I rewrite my epitaph each night before I seep . mine has been the same for many years now and I actually find that gently reassuring if a tad boring .
