Can you make multiple apps open with the same comand?

The problem here is that every time I restart or shut down my PC, some shortcut keys I made stop working. So, I need to create another shortcut key for the same application, essentially repeating what I did yesterday.

its nice but it will re-open a new instance of the application everytime you press it... so if you have 10 apps open and you want to jump between them using keyboard, it will not work... cause everytime you press keyboard shortcut it will open a new instance of that program =(
