“The GT line represents a monumental leap forward for Titleist driver design and engineering,” says Stephanie Luttrell, Director of Titleist Metalwood Product Development. “Our advancements in material, construction, shaping, and design have culminated in the highest-performing driver we have ever made.”

The GT2 is crafted for speed and forgiveness with a higher-MOI setup. The GT3 offers fine-tuned speed and control, maximizing distance and optimizing flight. Started watching one review on another channel that was obviously a sales pitch and came here. It's a shame that golf on youtube has gone in the direction it has, truly appreciated that there's still one sincere creator

Can always come and watch Marks testing because he simply does not care and is not bias to any manufacturers. Keep your money lads

Literally the only reviewer really worth listening to on YouTube! Cheers Mark

Mark, been following you since 2013 and it’s great to see your reviews are still the classic ones I like. The only difference a decade later is your swing speed! Man great job on the increase. It’s noticeable. Great to see you still being classic in the review process 👍👍

Always love the honesty. So many of the other GT reviews try touting this line as being so much better than the last which is just not possible in such a short span of time.

Love it when new drivers come out. It means I get get the old ones that do exactly the same for cheaper 😊

I just replaced my Ai Smoke with the GT3 and it really works for me... so now i'm hitting way better, longer, straighter shots... it's 10* in H2 Weight Setting, and D2 Hosel Setting with a Tensi 1K Black 6.5 X Shaft... No matter what i tried with the smoke i couldn't get it to stay on the planet... 250+ Carry, 105-107 Club Speed, 148+ Ball Speed, and Spin around 3300... so i'm pretty happy... Great video as always...

Love Mark's videos, no nonsense, no marketing, just facts. You should look at reviewing the Krank driver lineup, would enjoy seeing you delve into them. Maybe find some blokes with varying swing speeds (based off the parameters that Krank seperates their driver lineup by) and test them out in all sorts of ways.

Thank you! I have seen many people on golf forums posting that they are getting huge gains with the new GT over their old TSR…For those, I think there are two reasons: 1. They were never fitted for their TSR and just bought it off the shelf (or were not properly fitted); or 2. They were fitted for it, but over the course of the last 2 years, their swing has changed maybe due to lessons, injuries, etc., that has changed their required fitting…for those whose swing hasn’t changed from the last one, I doubt those people will see much of a difference…at least not one worth $600+…I’ve seen some cooky people going all in because they claim it game them 5 extra yards…unreal….

Thank You for doing an honest review and comparison, it’s amazing how valuable a club review can be if you’re not trying to sell clubs. YouTube is littered today with GT reviews and you’d think this driver will automatically make you a scratch golfer. Well done, been a fan for years love the channel.

Thank you Mark. It looked like you used different shafts for each club. Any reason why you didn't compare using the same in each ?

Are they saying it’s longer than the previous driver, I’m shocked ! 😂

Great review Mark! No shame in the shiny newy, but also great to confirm that the numbers and on course testing are just saying that both generations are excellent clubs. Still gaming a SIM2 here with a quality shaft that fits my game but I always enjoy keeping an eye out on the new releases -- thx for posting this honest review - cheers!

I tried upgraded to a g425 and went back to my cobra Ltd king. Still can’t be beat.

Thanks Mark! So few club testers, even using the launch monitors, ever mentioning standard deviation! Appreciated the on course examples too!

Replaced my 915 to GT3. I tend to replace 5 to 10 years. Saw good benefits with dispersion and better distance. Almost bought the tsar just to save money but wanted the new shiny penny. Great review Mark

Great review, Mark....did you use the same shaft for both new & old driver heads? Would it be more consistent to use the same shaft looked like the shaft was different. I'm still gaming my trusty TSi2 and even though it's older, it's still very forgiving and long. I have been waiting for the TSr2 to drop a bit more in price in the Used Market, maybe now is the time to pull the trigger.

Id love to know, and im not sure if Marks ever covered this. I have a driver 5 years old and it still performs fine. But is there a drop off in performance of the driver from the face hitting so many balls over time?

Thanks for a great, honest review Mark. I did a fitting test for the GT2 alongside my current TSR2 - the most noticeable difference was the dispersion of the GT was way tighter. Will I be replacing my TSR? Nope. The GT is almost 40% more expensive than my TSR, which is exorbitant!
