TODAY'S RECIPE IS Tres Leches Cake | 3 Milk Cake Recipe | Vanilla Milk Cake | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
3 milk vanilla cake
2 eggs (substitute 1/2 cup curd)
Beat for 1 mins
Sugar 1/4 cup
Beat until foamy consistency
Oil 2 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
6 inch greased pan
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on low flame for 20-30 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 20-30 mins
Let it cool down
Prick the cake with fork
Milk 1/4 cup
Heavy cream 1/4 cup
Condensed milk 1/4 cup
Mix well
Pour milk over the cake
Keep aside
Whipping cream 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Beat until stiff peaks
Cheery on top
Refrigerate for 2 hours

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
