Показать описание
Mutations in the genes encoding the cytoplasmic and mitochondrial forms of isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH1 and IDH2, respectively; collectively referred to as IDH) are frequently detected in cancers of various origins, including cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). If you are newly diagnosed, please ask your doctor about biomarker testing to find out what genes, proteins, and other substances (called biomarkers or tumor markers) that can provide information about your cancer for personalized treatment options.
