Recipe in metric for anyone wondering

125 g powdered sugar
20 g milk powder
500 mg salt

In a 1.9 L saucepan heat:

100 g sugar
79 mL corn syrup
28 g butter

Take off immediately at around 115° C to 120° C (388-393 K)

Add 5 mL vanilla extract
