Okay so i have queries, like i used to have big acid reflux problem over the time, so i strtaed taking acv for it, that solved my problem a lot, and i had these muscle soreness so i started taking magnesium glycinate for it but i am feeling that i am unable to sleep, i have stopped taking mg but still it is not resolved, one thing i did is stopped taking acv for day and felt that i am able to sleep a bit like even for 5 hour straight without disturbance, can you help me that those night with not be able to sleep and at morning i fee this fatigue, muscle soreness and bit of anxiety is actually i am too much on anabolic side.

I've been using acv for about 2-3 weeks now. I've felt better with my digestion. Bloating has improved drastically, acid indigestion not as much and acid is minimal and that's with a tablespoon of acv. Once in the morning the 2nd before lunch, 3rd before dinner and 1 before bedtime. Should that be enough? Would it hurt if I take 2 tablespoons before meals?
