Highlands Ranch is my number one place to move to next summer when we head that way. But how intense are the HOAs? Colorado will be my 4th state I have lived in and never lived with an HOA. I'm a little worried about them

I’ve lived here my whole life and it’s gotten so much worse Colorado is becoming very very crime ridden you can say whatever you like but if you don’t live here you don’t know I’ve lived here my whole life it’s becoming really bad in every area
