When I lived on Cap Hill at Poets Row on Sherman, my rent was $299 in '87.

Enjoyed this video. Going to visit this summer & see a concert at Red Rock. Looking for cool places to eat, drink and shop. The art district looks cool.

I liked your comparisons to N.Y boroughs. My first thought of Capitol Hill was that it was Brooklyn ‘esque’. Moving from Australia to CO in the coming year or so & your videos are very helpful! Thank you!

My advice is (unless you really have to or want to) just move further out. Example, Arvada, you can get to downtown in like 10 15 mins max and out to the mountains in 15 mins. You can get across denver extremely quickly compared to other spread out cities and there's no need to live by downtown because you can get there quickly regardless. If you live by the train you can go straight there.

Why would you pay for half the space and twice the amount when you can move 15 mins away save money and have a bigger place

Great video guys, but barely covered Five Points. A very historic neighborhood as you mentioned but skipped over it seemed like. Also, Lowry, Stapleton, and Northfield are very nice too that weren’t covered

In the Mile high condos are way better than low level ground living. And more resources and amenities, like a 24 hour 7 eleven in the lobby, steak house (I'm vegan), pet store etc. Like downtown four seasons

You will also have your fair amount of homeless people in downtown. No extra fees 😉🤣 anyways. We used to live in Cap Hill for. 2br/1ba, no balcony, no parking, 900 SF for $1900 a month after utilities and pet fee. We moved 30 minutes away for a 2br/2ba, 2 car port spots, an extra storage room outside, 970 SF for $1800 a month after utilities and pet fees. It’s easy to get to Denver from near towns (either bus, train, or with car) for the weekend if you don’t absolutely need to live there. Just a little info for those you might need it ✨ that said, Denver does have the most beautiful tudor houses I’ve seen 😫😫😫

That was such a well thought out creatively executed video!! Great job!
Relocating from the East Coast for a job in Aurora… but not interested in living in Aurora. I would mainly like to rent something that is in a safe area not too far of a commute to work but modern. Do you have any recommendations for those who should like to rent?
