I call bullshit on calling Shako weak in high elo, let alone any elo. He's a presence that you have to always consider throughout the whole match when he's against you. shaco is pretty trash in low elo if you aren't smurfing. People will Q forward from way too far away, pop out of stealth in the middle of the lane and just die, and because shaco is a snowballing champ and his clear speed isnt the best if you make a mistake like that twice in a row your game is over. in high elo he can be quite good because your team has the map awareness and game knowledge to capitalize on his invades and ganks and will reliably play around his traps when teamfights roll around. in low elo shaco traps are invisible for both teams

Garen is the OG overloaded character, can't be CCd, can't be slowed, scales with everything, has a point and click execute (kind of), has passive sustain, silence, damage reduction, move speed steroid and is tanky. He is everything master yi wishes he could be
