Russia warned US and its allies that they are exposing civilian space assets to potential attack by utilizing them for military purposes. The warning reportedly came after NATO unveiled plans for a space monitoring fleet that will use commercial satellites for its missions. Russia's Konstantin Vorontsov, the deputy director of the non-proliferation and weapons control department said that the US is 'weaponizing' space. The west should take note that Russia always give a gentlemanly warning before taking further action. And if the west persist not to take that gentlemanly warning seriously, then whatever events that happen next is their sole responsibility because proper warning signals have been given by Russia.

When President Putin speaks of international laws and treaties he is speaking from knowledge. Pres. Putin studied law in Leningrad in the 70's..
Russia has been very reserved in its' response to the continued provocations.. US may want to consider that Russia may not want to fight the US on the european continent..
