Love videos like these. The red zone and run defense tips are good. I accomplish the same idea out of the cover 4. It adds a bit more to your tips IMO while covering much more against the pass, especially deep. But we accomplish basically the same idea in the same scenarios.

I've been having a lot of success with 3-3 Nickel Over Cover Brackets where the high safeties double WR1 and WR2.

Leaves a lot of room for audible and adjustments (e.g. Safety and Corner blitz, put a DL in QB SPY, Drop a DL in mid zone coverage, you name it). I usually shade underneath as the WRs are doubled, and, if you have a team that's good in man and/or play a team with slower WR, the initial CB will disrupt those quick passes and the Safety is waiting.

Ensure the RB and TE are covered decently enough in their matchups, of course, but the field is practically in disarray once they get to the end zone. Plus, the shade under helps prevent the QB from escaping if somehow you mess up.

Know the depth chart, know the matchups, and it works 9/10 for me. Has me at the best RZ % on Defense in my dynasty

I wondered why my QB seemed to sometimes throw a low ball, even when I had plenty of time to load up on the X button for a deep pass. It's been frustrating the he!! out of me. The last time I played was on the old NCAA 2006 or something and don't remember a high-ball passing function.

it would be fun to play, BUT....EA won't let some of us. This week I was banned for 3 days. I disputed the nonsensical ban and it was finally overturned. Then one day later, the servers are unavailable 100% of the time so I can't play the game at all. I paid for a game that EA won't even let me play. The level on nonsense from tech companies in 2024 is angering as hell. And of course they employ no human beings so there is ZERO customer support.
