I'm only 1:45 in and holy shit balls. Today is a good day to be a Deluger

Deluge is utter nuts. I’m loving mine. The most creative music tool I’ve ever used I think.

Wow I didn't know you could flick the bar length for 1 bar. That's awesome. Learn something new every time

Awesome vid again @ron
Had my Deluge a few years now, but the 7-Seg always put me off from diving very deep. I used to end up getting lost and frustrated as the pad-shortcut legends were too small for my older eyes (LOL)

The recent OLED screen upgrade along with the 4.0 firmware has now made this my #1 to rule them all - It is totally amazing what this can do, and you demonstrate so well.
My MPC One is going, my Pyramid Squarp is going and a few desktop modules that this thing more than covers in most ways I need.

Anyone on the fence about the OLED upgrade, all I can say is, I think this has made the Deluge miles ahead of anything else in the area - No question
It's Sooo much easier to use now and feels like its all fully accessible to me - Whereas before, I'd struggle to remember the short-cuts, key-combos or the cryptic scrolling 7-Seg made me dizzy trying to work out what it was saying and remember where I actually was in the menu hierarchy - man I just want to make music :)

Thank you @rob and #synthstrom for your continued hard works

Unholy mess by the end :), but you've shown me at least 5 things I didn't know the Deluge could do. Thanks!

Great video as always, and a big thanks for the demonstration(s). I'm also looking forward to using these features to trigger stuff in my eurorack setup, it will even free up a few modules!

I’ve been somewhat lost in the beta version since I got it. RON TO THE RESCUE! Thanks again for the help, the new features are amazing, just needed the kick off tutorial to understand how to set things up. Wave tables were easy, the new sequencer tricks, not so much.

Awesome walkthrough! I didn't even realize that you could do direction per row. Super helpful!

Amazing! I do wish random was an option, not just forward backwards and ping pong. Also wish ping pong had a option to not repeat the first and last note. That said, this is so cool! Thanks for the video!!

Nice demo. I've always found Euclidian rhythm to be a great alternative to swing for creating groove. It's also perfect for drum fills. The features in the 4.0 firmware (the stuff you've shown and the MPE synths and sequencing) have me strongly considering getting a Deluge to replace my Squarp Pyramid.

Would also be amazing to be able to set overall probability levels for all the notes in a pattern, kind of like elektron does. You can do it per trigger or for the whole thing. Super quick way to add variation!
