An Error Occurred While Applying Security Information FIX [Tutorial].

When I try to apply the change to Read Only, it again says "Access is denied" even though I hit "Continue" to give administrator permission or whatever.

Still getting access denied when trying to complete this process it says must be run by administrator and I’m the only account on the pc under admin... been trying every yt tutorial video all day lol

IT SHOWS ME ANOTHER ERROR THAT SAYS ACCESS IS DENIED IM VERY ANGRY HOW CAN I FIX IT
