U can make a nice salad from karela ..
Wash karela without removing skin just just cut both the edges (north and south)and cut the karela in middle into two a thin spoon ya knife n remove the seeds from inside /scoop it out into thin slices like banana chips ....into this chips put one spoon chilli powder and 1and 1/2 spoon turmeric powder ( turmeric more than chilli) and put salt this for 20 mins....fry in oil don't burn it and it shouldn't be raw also . Ur frying should be correct if raw it will be bitter then make salad with onion tomato corriander leaves salt, lemon and mix the fried karela into tht just before serving ..😋😋😋
