1 potato and 1 egg! Quick breakfast in just 5 minutes. Super tasty and simple

Recipe and ingredients
00:00 Recipe 1
00:19 Grate 200 g of potatoes on a fine grater.
00:34 Place in a bowl.
00:39 1 egg.
00:41 Salt and pepper to taste.
00:45 Garlic.
01:04 Add 50 g mozzarella cheese.
01:06 Mix well.
01:18 Flour 1 tbsp.
01:31 Divide into 4 parts.
01:45 Olive oil.
01:54 Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
02:31 Flip.
02:43 Cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat.

4-5 potatoes.
Cabbage 200 g.
Butter.
1 onion.
1 paprika.
Salt and boil potatoes until tender.
Fry onion and paprika.
Add a little olive oil.
Add cabbage.
Salt.
Paprika.
Pepper.
Fry over medium heat until done.
Add butter to potatoes.
1 egg.
Cream 50 ml.
Shred potatoes.
Olive oil.
Add tomatoes.
Add mozzarella cheese.
In the oven/200°C/400°F/25 minutes.

Green onions.
Grate 200 g of potatoes into thin slices.
Fill with cold water.
Squeeze out the water.
Place in a bowl.
1 egg.
add green onions.
salt pepper nutmeg.
mix well.
Add 50g mozzarella cheese and mix.
Olive oil.
Fry for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Flip.
Cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat.

13:06 Recipe 4.
2 potatoes.
Add salt and boil until done.
Green onions.
Grate boiled potatoes.
Add 2 eggs.
Add green onions.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Cheese 40 g.
Nutmeg, salt, pepper.
Mix well.
Olive oil.
Butter.
Fry over medium heat.

Long-haired old country boy here. This is a good way to use leftover potatoes. I will try it.

If you have an overripe banana, mash it and mix it with one egg and 2/3 cup of oatmeal to make 2 nice sized pancakes. Walnuts, vanilla, and cinnamon are good in these.

Watching in Australia but my mother is German. She cooked the first recipe on Sunday nights but added a grated onion. Potatopuffers! A very happy memory of growing up. :)

Nth Qld, Australia here, you will be making the potato growers happy as well as all the people that use and make the recipe, this can be made without the egg as they are in short supply at the moment, we only used potato and flour herbs to taste, mixed with milk 🥛 until pouring stage, and called fish 🐠 paddies, that's because we were poor, and thanks for all the comments as well as your putting this recipe out 🎉😊*.

Watched this in Chicago, IL, USA. Try the first recipe with a SWEET potato! Substitute curry powder for the salt, and add a couple tablespoons of oil to the grated sweet potato mixture, as sweet potato is drier than regular potato. Also reduce your frying temperature a little and increase the cook times by a minute per side. The resulting sweet potato pancakes will be packed with flavor and insanely delicious even without any condiments. And thank you, Alle Rezepte, for posting this video. I can hardly wait to try the other recipes in it.
