just beat the game, and the ashtray maze has to be one of the coolest levels in any game i've ever played, this game was super trippy too, like dang it hurt but it was sooo cool

This shit went hard af i let the fuck loose with my abilities. Remedy needs to do a full game with music being as much a star of the game as the gameplay. Like a hero who wears headphones and kicks ass the entire game.

I watched my bro play this from start to finish and when we realized how the music consistently reacted to what we as the player were doing fluidly we went absolutely ballistic because, for us at least, we've never played a game where the music was so intrinsically in tuned to the way the player is moving, where they're at, and what they're doing. Most games just kinda fade in and out but this was just going on forever cuz we wanted to hear the song but the solo just kept going but it felt natural which is just so sick

I just played this part in the middle of night for the first time, as soon as the music started and the maze "opened" up, I could't stop smiling! I was enjoying the game and it mystery but this part made me absolutely fall in love with it!!! Felt similar to when Tears started playing during Max's airport fight in 3, very fitting given Remedy made the first two Max Payne games.
