Its not Russian, its Yugoslav, you can read here cyrilic IK, it means Igman Konjic. Bullet factory from city of Konjic, todays Bosnia and Herzegovina.

it was mostly used for the AK-47 and the SKS. Today's AKs (AK series 100, AK-47 and so on...) use 5.45x39 or 5.56x??(not sure here, but same caliber is used by the M4, M16 and so on)

Those are for SKS but yeah AKs are using the same ammo. The main 4 Russian ammos used by all their weaponry are 7.62x39, 5.56x39, SP-(1-6), 9x18.
