hi, great video !! super helpful:) i have some questions and i was hoping you could help. how do we know when the reaction has come to an end? also, to measure the rate of reaction we just count the number of CO2 bubbles during the reaction time right?

is water needed to make any bubbles at all, or can a solid mixture still produce a small amount of CO2?

I have 3 questions- 
1. Is there a way to measure the ethanol produced in the reaction? 
2. Also, how do we know that the ethanol has not gone to the other(Smaller) test tube? 
3. After the lime water turns milky can we connect another cork with a condensation tube and condense the ethanol produced by letting in cold water?
