⏺️1 1/4 vegan dark chocolate, chopped
⏺️ sea salt flakes.
Let’s Bake 👩🍳:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2️⃣ In a large mixing bowl add flax seed meal and water. Stir & let it sit for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Next, add coconut oil and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
4️⃣ Add the baking soda, salt, cinnamon, coconut sugar, almond flour, cassava flour, matcha, and probiotics. Mix until well combined.
5️⃣ Fold in the chocolate chunks.
6️⃣ Using a small cookie scoop drop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten them gently, and for that extra oomph, crown each cookie with more chocolate.
