An underrated scene, though the director the new penguin show said that his last name was changed because it was too silly, I like to argue that his name of Cobblepot being fitting one such bird.

I get that Penguin went through these motions primarily for show. However, I feel like for at least a moment he was sincere in his remorse, regret, and sadness for losing his parents, what he's done, and what he became from 00:50-01:15. Anybody else think the same?
