Last version with Colin Farrell is the closest from Arkham games, that i love. A true mobster, rude with no mercy.

Danny Devito played the penguin well with the deformed appearance. You really felt sorry for him when he was a little boy when his parents abandoned him because he was deformed by birth. You needed to give him a hug and tell him that he will never be forgotten. Like in twins when he and Arnold were brothers and Arnold gave him an inspirational speech about family and life and that he’ll always be there for him and he hugged him.

Robin Lord Taylor had the best version of the character so far. You got the most out of the character for what Gotham was trying to accomplish. Collin Farrell has a great performance as well, and with more seasons of the show can show even more greatness.
