In Anchorage at the 5th Ave Mall, a vendor sells seafood soup in a punch bowl. I could only eat half 😅. It was sooo good though, esp with the eggrolls that my brother ordered as well.

Jiro-kei is my current favorite style of ramen
It's not as rich as tonkotsu but the slight acidity of the broth cuts through all the fat, beansprouts, and thick noods

Honestly, it looks to be the same size as pretty much every bowl of ramen I've ever had in Japan. It does look good though!
