I practice so much of what was mentioned in the video, yet I still wake up every couple of hours during the night.

Putting your legs up on the wall for 10 to 20 minutes. Before going to 🛏️. Also taking magnesium 1 to 2 hours before bedtime has helped me. But everyone's different. Hot shower helps as well.
