On a cut yeah. But uk you can put on more muscles. Needs patience. Lift weights that make you fail within 5-6 reps . Squeeze it. Squeeze the muscles. That's how to achieve hypertrophy. And nutrition should be on point. ( Alanine, glutamine, creatine. Vit C, D3 ) whatever it takes for recovery.
