I think the man behind the mask is rako hardeen as there are no other bounty hunters that it could possibly be with ones like cad bane and Embo with signature hats that they would never change for a helmet

To me, it looks like an Ubese bounty hunter. Similar to Boushh, the bounty hunter that Leia was disguised as in RotJ in Jabba's palace.

This mask literally reminds me of the one Leo Fitz (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D) had at the end of season 7. The vibe of the coat and the helmet combined is exactly the vibe i get from Fitz.

I still think that this is a big misdirect, but you never know! Bounty Hunters and Pirates are similar in the universe, but not identical to each other. I think it's either Cal or Hondo under that mask

I have just noticed the guy in the skeleton crew trailer who asked the kids where they got old republic credits in one shot is standing with vane while someone is pointing a blaster at them so I think he is the pirate that first found the kids
