As I don't see any mentioning about the comma at the end of line in assert statement, after comma You can place the AssertionError message string, . So instead of getting plain AssertionError exepction You can simply just implace Your own string to be displayed when assert statement evaluates to False. The ErrorMessage is optional by the way.
