There's another advantage to time.sleep() . Sometimes, a javascript function that change the inner text of that element takes sometime. In that case only hard wait can be used because the element is already present, implicit wait and explicit wait will get the element before the the inner text of the element changes resulting in no errors but wrong results.

sir in this session you used text method for finding Selenium after searching selenium in google. if the text method identifies two elements with that method how to handle that because generally it is changed frequently

Not all explicit waits work with modern pages like Simple Page Applications where all requests send automatically. And EC like element to be clickable not working in this case..
