Mineral sunscreens with zinc are incredibly difficult to get right, but when they're formulated correctly they really do give that filtered, brightened glow to the face. I think in Korea they use the term "tone up cream" to refer to a mineral sunscreen which is formulated perfectly to give a moisturized yet toned appearance to the skin. I tried one the other day and was shocked at the effect. The only downside is that some of them do make you look a shade or two lighter (Asian beauty standards bruh) but the white cast isn't awful and it still looks amazing

Yep! This is what works for me. When I don’t feel like wearing make up like yesterday, I dab on April Skin Vitamin C Serum and Sunscreen with zinc oxide. Amazingly Dewey face of mine. And with red lip tint? Even better. Natural look.

I tried several zinc oxide/titanium dioxide sunscreens and I swear they caused the fat under my eyes to atrophy. The sunscreen always accentuated my dark circles but I may just be putting two and two together.

Not a fan of that sweaty, greasy, oily skin look. A matte sunblock/sunscreen in clear or colorless is my go to. May I say though, you are very handsome and have very nice skin.
