Hi CDSF Family, as we all do our part practicing #socialdistancing we wanted share a Sports Performance Workout that you can get done at home with minimal to no equipment.
_
1A) Sprint-Backpedal-Sprint (10 yards/ea)- 3x
_
2A) Split Squat Cycle Jumps- 3x5/side
_
2B) Bear Crawls + Reverse Bear Crawls- 3x5/side/ea
_
A1) Split Squats- 3x8/side
_
A2) Push-Ups- 2x8, 1xAMAP
_
B1) Lateral Lunge- 3x8/side
_
B2) Deadbugs-3x8/side
_
C1) Side Plank w/ Adduction- 2x15-20s/side
_
C2) 1-Leg Straight Leg Sit-Up- 2x6/side
_
Conditioning: Tempo Runs: 10x80 yards at 75% effort with 30s rest between sets
