DELPHI | The Case Against Richard Allen Ep. 3: The Magic Bullet

preview_player
Показать описание
A .40-caliber unspent round was found less than 2 feet away from one of the bodies, and that unspent round went through a gun that Allen owns, according to the probable cause affidavit.

But what does that really mean? Gun experts and legal analysts weigh in on the veracity of this piece of evidence, which appears to be the State’s strongest evidence against the defendant despite its subjective nature.

Here's the big bomb shell how did they know the bullet had been cycled thru Richard Allen gun before they had his gun ? It's in the PCA saying it was cycled thru his gun before they even had time to test it .

If RA had been a neighbor (possibly father) of CP it would be easy for him to know where a spare key is kept, have access to his home and obtain a "magic" bullet. Something feels really off about the entire PCA.

"Police officers love Sig's"
Pretty sure that guy just stated who is staging this scene

Yup! Said the same thing last night on my live!! When you compare RL and RA probable cause you got lots of problems! Also did they test any of RL guns? Or did he not own any .40 caliber weapons?

Nice job and we see eye to eye on this case. It is refreshing to watch another person present logic! Thank you!

All the defense has to do is take 10 random P226s and Richard Allen’s . Then, eject rounds from them and have that same expert examine to determine which one was Richard’s. I bet the results would be inconclusive.

The spent bullit found between victim 1 and victim 2's bodies is only part of the staging.
Meaning it was planted there by whoever did the staging.

The bodies we know was staged, who is to say the bullet isn't also staged, hmm 🤔

I wonder how many comparisons with other SS P226's LE did to come to the conclusion that the "unspent round" definitively came from RA's 226? Because all 226's have the same exact components. What makes RA's unique? I say LE is reaching to the moon.

If there are nefarious deeds afoot in this town, this round could have been "planted" either at the scene or could have been run through his gun at the suspect's home while he waited outside for the police to do their search.

if the bodies were moved and staged, how did the bullet end up between the bodies? would that mean he went back to the crime scene.... the girls would have already been dead of supposed knife wounds.

Ok. How did the bullet get to the location where it was found? When was it found? How many “rescuers” had been to the scene by the time it was found? Was the casing examined for DNA and fingerprints?

Who wants to bet money that there is no crime scene pic of that bullet? It was overlooked, or not thought to be connected at the time?

If they had the unspent round in 2017, and it sounds like said round is about the only evidence they have. In 2017 when they where interviewing RA, or anyone for that matter, Wouldn't a very important question have been, do you own a sig 226?

My questions regarding this bullet and the published papers at all:

1. Did Allen carry his Sig Handgun around as he walked the trail that day?
2. Where has Allen deposed his weapon AND the munition? Could there a possibility both usually deposed outside the house in the shed for example, and is it possible the rounds/single round weren't locked away?
He said he never lent it to nor allowed another person to use his Sig- what about the munition… did he give some of his to anybody who coincidentally owns the same model too? What about the shop that munition got buy- if it’s a legal, registered gun the munition may legally comes into Allen’s possession as well… WHERE did he buy it? Since there should be a registration/notice anywhere around the sellers shop about the kind/date/person & passport data the rounds he sold to.
3. Does THAT single round match to the batch of Allen’s leftover munition? WHEN it’s picked at the crime Szene, there not only must exist a picture, it had has secured carefully so that eventual fingerprints could taken by the coroner- WHERE are these fingerprints???
4. Did Allen RECOGNIZE HIMSELF at the footage known as Bridge Guy? THIS little but important detail was completely absent at ANY published paper- WHY?

Just watched a documentary about Steven Avery and how they said the sketch was drawn
from his mugshot for a previous minor crime.

So each extractor is its own? And each extractor leaves the same markings EVERY SINGLE TIME. AND AGAIN no other extractor can make the same markings.... BUT.... ITS SUBJECTIVE!!! end of story.

The investigators
should have ran gun registration on individuals in Delphi that owned a weapon that the type bullet found could have been used in that kind of gun . Yes it would have taken some time but in five years records could have been obtained of gun owners that the bullet could be used in, ask these gun owners to see their weapons, and interview them . Also who kept that one bullet secure, and were chain of custody records kept, and evidence secured, as to who had access to the magic bullet ? Five years has gone by, and no records obtained of local gun owners that the bullet could be used in . Also no one has done an actual facial recognition that the Bridge Guy is indeed RiChard . And no one has said the muddy bloody guy was Richard . Has law enforcement attempted DNA analysis of his vehicle, and blood analysis before or sense his arrest . Did they rip the carpet out to look for blood that could have seeped thru if he was muddy and bloody, even though years have gone by . If he was as muddy and bloody as witness stated, it would be impossible to get blood all the way out of a thick Carhart Jacket . It’s all not gonna come out without stains . Ask medical personnel even spill proof uniforms stain after in contact with blood . One drop of blood spreads unbelievable.
