As an active duty member for 15 years, I’ve had it for 3 years is a great card for gas only. It’s like the Custom Cash from CITI. It’s my gas card. I never use it on base lol

USAA is the reason why I only use credit cards now and not debit. I used my debit at a restaurant in Korea and they swipes it 6 times in a row, totaling 1800 bucks. Never got a fraud alert or anything. USAA refused to cover this because they said the chip was used. I've been fighting for a year now and haven't had any luck. I asked for copies of the receipts for the transaction and still haven't gotten anything.

I just keep this car in my vehicle at all times and only use it when I fill up on gas. Too easy! But yeah, no purpose other than gas when I fill up my hybrid once a month.

This card feels slimy especially since USAA is "supposed" to cater to the military. Navy Fed's cards are infinitely better and give much more generous limits, Imo. I keep USAA for all my insurance needs, and they have a great subscriber savings benefit but that's about it.
