Some very interesting results in my exhausting Tilt Table Test, or TTT.
I had a Tilt Table Test on the road to finding out if I have POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome)

After 11 years with a diagnosis of ME/CFS I am trying to find out if might have this autonomic dysfunction condition as well. It would be good news for me because POTS is slightly more treatable and slightly more understood than ME.
Watch my previous videos to find out more about why I'm having this test.

Hi Emily, I did not have a Tilt table test at the Mayo Clinic, but they were able to tell me I have POTS from all the heart tests I had. I also have SVT Supra ventricular Tachycardia with my me/cfs. Thanks for sharing your video it was a good visual! =)

Hi Emily, hope you are feeling better by now. any updates on the results? what was your diagnoses? from what i've heard, its normal for the heart to go above 30 bpm from resting rate directly after standing from lying down, however in POTS cases, this increase is sustained over a minimum of 5 minutes or even more. so to be diagnosed with POTS the increase you had up to 141 BPM should have stayed this high for around 10 minutes.
