Of all the video's I have seen you are the only one to use the washers under the bolt heads. Most people leave them out. They do more than prevent the bolt from galling out the aluminum. Ford installed them at the factory as a measure to prevent leaks. Nice video.

another quick tip: take 4 of your old intake bolts (if you have them) and cut the heads off, and screw those in each of the corners (in the video at the end would be 5, 6, 7, 8) they just barely need to screwed in. Use those bolts as guides as you lower your intake down. this will mitigate any error you may cause by not aligning the intake and having to slide the intake which can slide the gasket around.

Great quick to the point video! At the end of your video, you show the tightening sequence, think the bottom right bolt number 8 should be number 6

So no black silicone gasket maker on the head gaskets at all? Dry only correct? Then toss the felpro cork cross overs and just layer stack ample amount of gasket maker head to head wit a little extra at the corners? No cork???

Is this 302 the same as the 302 on 1996 Bronco? (without injectors).

How do you like the intake? Have you had any problems with it sealing good or anything else? I am going to get either this one or the jegs cool gap which is made like this one. Not many out there that still has the coolant crossover in the rear.Thanks.

What about using anti-seize on SS bolts?

I have a 351 with coolant leaking out of the front passenger side intake bolt. Can I remove the bolt and put a copper crush washer under it and retighten? Or sealant? Or both?

Not the most simple.
Use studs in the 4 spots the factory inner head bolt locations they did in the late 60's and early 70's.
This insures the gaskets will not move and be in the correct location.
Use the cork front and rear. Use sealer on the bottoms. Set them on then set the intake on without bolting. Wait till sealant cures. Take intake off. Sealant on top off water ports on intake and on top of cork end gaskets.
Put intake on. Everything is lined up.
