Just signed up on your website. I had lots of good luck writing the music on my first (and only) CD about 13 years ago, but then hit the wall because I didn't have the "language." Writing by instinct and emotion takes you only so far. Now, I'm 60 and want to spend the rest of my life writing (this time, with the necessary skills and understanding) and singing. How old will I be when I'm up to speed and writing great music? The same age I'd be if I didn't.
