My GamePass Ultimate is paid up for the next 2 years and 4 months at the moment. I am going to re-up it to 3 years so I don't have to worry about it until the end of 2027.

Figured as soon as COD comes to GamePass it would come along with a price hike. No surprise there. But I am curious what the time limit is for day 1 games to eventually make it to GamePass standard subscription. 6 months? 1 year? Depends on the game?
Small increase to GamePass is no big deal. The increase is less than 1 Starbucks coffee a month.

I'm not worried about price increase. I only pay for 7 months of Game Pass Ultimate a year anyway and the remaining 5 months are 100% free.
Even without 5 free months a year, i would still keep paying.

Microsoft lied that they wouldn't increase Game Price subscription if they owned Activision Blizzard King, Not happy with this at all.

I don’t plan to unsubscribe but I also am wondering where is the family plan. My entire family games. We all have a console, so it would be nice to have an Ultimate game pass family plan. Thanks for your info much appreciated. 😊

So basically if you are a single player only gamer who wants day 1 single player games like Avowed and Indiana Jones or Doom ....you have to now pay for the highest price Ultimate tier. Which comes with online gaming access that you don't care about and won't use.
Wonder how this will go down with those particular GP users.

Still phenomenal value... Especially with ABK content incoming. Just buy 1 less starbucks per month and you won't notice

Xbox really should add a yearly plan for ultimate. For example over on playstation the current premium subscription tier costs around £13 a month, which is around the same as the current xbox gamepass ultimate price, but they also have a yearly plan of £120. This price increase will mean gamepass ultimate will now be £180 over the course of a year.

This will probably lead me to play the game of subscribing intermittently, rather than hold a standing subscription of my GPU. I basically played most games I’m interested in that came out in the last decade, so the value just isn’t there to play the few annual games would buy a year.

Sadly, MS is using the Netflix method. Raise prices by 33% and if you only lose 25% of your customers, you're still ahead. Sad actually.

Considering EA subscription increased the price and the Activition games are coming, that`s just normal.
I have Game Pass Ultimate 2 years and 8 months subscription and everytime I add 3 months they give me 1 month for free, I m taking the 3 month free with the rewards,
so I will see in future what time increase means to me.
