I have used many serums and medicine but when i consulted a good doctor she said its pigmentation of skin sometime due to hormones sometimes due to genes and it cant be removed easily by applying anything externally on skin, you have to take skin treatment which is expensive for skin lightening and i dont recommend it just protect your skin from sun and use sun screen so it does not gets bad
