AIRBNB is not what it use to be, leave the model now! The market is saturated.

It explains: “Why go and swim in bloody Shark infested waters" when you can Pivot slightly, create your own lane using a similar model and you will have longevity, less competition, lower overheads and more profit.

My goal is to lease 7 more by June 2024, With my real estate model I will gross $700,000 and see a net profit of $350,000 by the end of this year. My cost in every category will be lower than a conventional AIRBNB apartment, moreover I will have less headaches.
