What they did is completely illegal. Taking away the permanent dragon from players and then forcing them to pay for a new one at basically the same price is crazy. If you had already purchased the old permanent dragon and now have to buy it again, you'd still end up spending a total of 5, 000 Robux, They violated the tos of roblox. And we can also call it, "Felony"

and gave us a token to buy the new one with a
discount, an item I previously purchased
permanently. This feels like a major breach of

disappointed and considering legal action

I think people are forgetting what BloxFruits did is ILLEGAL, it's committing felony's in most states and or country's, and it directly breaks the Roblox T.O.S, It is stated if you have bought something before in a game that will give it to you either forever and or permanently you should be able to keep that item and or items, but it's also stated if they remove your item and sell it for a greater price and or a lower price, That will be breaking the Roblox T.O.S, which in this case, they did.

spread the word: we have waited 1 year for dragon, some people already had dragon before the update and those people are supposed to use the old one instead of auto converting? also people TRADED a lot of fruits and gamepasses just to get dragon, only for it to get turned into a token? this is absurd, please for the love of god just convert old dragon into new dragon and give people their fruits back. not only that, but ⁠game-updates is EMPTY. nobody knows whats going on and you devs managed to anger your entire community. i thought the delay is worse, this is actual hell!
