What a review. I never thought Dr. Felton would make me chuckle with remarks like "Faces like slapped Arses", customer service worthy of the Gestapo, etc. Brilliant. I hope Dr. Felton can do some more reviews with this blatant, no punches pulled stark reality approach.

The script is hilarious. In my mind, I can see John Cleese stating the silly rules, marshalling the visitors from room to room and berating them for any perceived non-compliance. True Monty Python material.

I took my mother on the tour - she's 86 and the staff absolutely couldn't have been kinder to her. One even asked if she'd like to sit down and they offered to bring a chair. She already knew about the lack of washrooms (she has a bladder condition too, so always checks in advance) but was fine on the day and really enjoyed her visit. I guess everyone gets a different experience but the staff when we visited were polite and kind. There was certainly a nice atmosphere throughout.
