In New Mexico, idk what my Sec of state did but I got my ballot in the mail! I am 29 and just mailed it back! I have been voting since I was 18, so I think if you are registered you are eligible in NM! Also, when Trump brings up it being a fake "election" or more than two terms, it scares the crap out of me!
