Voting by mail is not the gold standard. Constitution declares a DAY for voting. A day is 24 hours, not nine in the morning until seven at night. If one must abide by Constitution, they should make a personal visit to the polls on voting day.
Constitution does not declare voting occurs five weeks in advance, a voting week, or voting month. Its ONE day. Be there at the polls and make government accountable.
