*Bike must be broken into sets of 10 or 15 cals and monitors must be reset for each effort.

*One athlete working at a time, athletes must complete 1 full round before partner starts and each movement must be unbroken.
Then,
Cash out:
300 Double Unders
*Double Unders must be broken into sets of 50 and unbroken for all 50 reps.
ALL MOVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT PERFORMED UNBROKEN MUST START BACK AT ZERO FOR THAT SET.
